THE BEGINNING

I offer not just a service but a unique collaboration in planning, designing, and executing your special event .   Having a consultant and designer does not mean you are relinquishing your vision or ability to put your own ideas into your event. What we do is streamline your vision and show you ways to make that happen and within your said budget and make a beautiful statement that your guests will admire. 

 

The journey begins with a no obligation  phone conference or video chat  to discuss your vision for your event and how it compliments with the many services offered.  Your guest count, preferences, theme, personalization, and target budget come into play.  We mesh all of those elements with what is new and fresh to elevate the event.

What will my event cost me? 

The Truth is I really cannot say. It all depends on where, who, what, why, and how. 

Your event or wedding will cost what you decide. I act as a guide from experience of many types of events of all budgets and from experience with all different vendors in all areas of the country. 

You will receive a "blueprint" according to what you give as your budget and wants.  A high end and a mid line. The high end is bigger more extravagant and the other is less umph but still in line with your wants. 

Planning is typically 15- 20% of your event cost.  This is because when you hire me, you work with me. Our relationship is the basis for everything that is done on your event. When you call, text, message, email, its me that answers. No automation and no intern will be putting you on hold or say "I dont know".  Run throughs, tastings, etc.  are all done with me.  I also offer on some instances hourly pricing.  

At the time of your event there are others that come into play to execute it but other than that day you and I will be creating together. 

A Kat Minks SIGNATURE EVENT

Upon learning the specific details of your event I provide a guideline that is followed through in meetings with vendors (invitation design, venues, catering, decor, entertainment, etc) who suit your vision with my signature expertise. 

Basically I offer a planning service then if needed tailor it to your needs. Usually begins at $6150

A Kat Minks Design Signature Event Includes 120+ hours of Planning, Design Leading Up To The Event and Event Day Coordination as well as follow up.

EVENT DESIGN

Sometimes you just need the extra push to take your DIY vision to the next level or you need an Event Stylist to also execute what is laid out.  

Begins at $1650

I offer 2 Design packages. 

1) A Design Mini that is the blue print for your event look and feel. You shop all your own items and attain them. I just give recommendations. 

2) A Full Service Design that includes not only the blueprint and curated vendors to execute the vision, but set up and styling of the design elements. 

*tear down available at event end for addtl fee.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

Begins at $1495

Begins 6 weeks before the event.

For clients who enjoy the planning process but want an expert planner to handle the intricate details so you can focus on creating memories on your special day.

 

Phone and email support

*Professional vendor referral

*Invitation to virtual planning worksheet

*Creation of a wedding timeline

*Attend and run the ceremony rehearsal with the wedding officiant

*Professional coordination on day of event

- This is if you have handled finding your own basic vendors and need help managing them in the few weeks and day of the wedding.

VIRTUAL EVENT PLANNING 

 is just as important as an in person event. 

Instead of a Venue you need to manage a virtual platform.

You still need to consider the look and feel of the event . What should be discussed and when. How you deliver the message is just as important as doing so. Much planning goes into place to make it beautiful and seamless. 

Working with clients on these types of prohjects include scripting, timelines, finding sponsors and marketing the event. All of which Kat Minks Design can help you with.

Projects are usually $50 per hour or a flat rate can be negotiated for larger events.
